DONT EVER GO WITH THIS AGENT!!! This is the worst agent ever. Nobody ever answers the phone, nobody ever gets back to u about your issues. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible. I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND AND IM CHANGING MY INSURANCE!!!
This agency is a joke. They do not respond to your emails/calls. Jocelyn does not respond whatsoever. I gave over a month to hear back on a simple question to no avail. Overall I have had a good experience with state farm but STAY AWAY from this particular agent. Horrible!
(From a real customer )I went to their office to talk of why my policy have increase and was a nice guy talking with me but then was another one light skin just interrupting the conversation he was very rude ,at the end I said so I will go for different insurance company He said let me know , like is ok and all sarcastic Worse location ever
Is a very rude guy that work in there I don’t even know how that guy still working there they will lose a lot of customers with that guy
