She has no patience for young children with anxiety even after being very informed by the parent of the situation. She’ll lie to your face, does not allow parents with the child but she will say she does. Totally wiped her hands of my daughters care due to high anxiety and refused to listen to my concerns or advice on how to handle her anxiety. Referred us for IV sedation where im sure she gets a payout for sending people. 🤨🙄
The entire team here is amazing! Our son is autistic nonverbal, and was seen for sedation dentistry. You can tell they truly care for their patients.
I highly recommend Dr Robelli and her office. She is an excellent pediatric dentist. Amazing office staff very kind, friendly and professional. Always easy to schedule or reschedule appointments or get answers on all questions you might have. For the past couple of years my son had amazing experience with all dental work done. He always felt comfortable and happy before and after visits to the office. We never had any issue just amazing experience and excellent dental care.
From the beginning of my children’s appointment customer service was great and the dentist always come and explain the treatment plan and how everything went doing the procedures. Very transparent.
My son never opened his mouth for a dentist prior to coming here. They made him comfortable and they are fast but thorough.
