I went to Dr Leib and her team for many years for regular skin cancer screenings. They failed to diagnose a lesion on my skin that I had for 10 years as basal cell carcinoma . I switched to another doctor (because Dr Leib moved her office repeatedly ) and the new doctor immediately diagnosed me with advanced basal cell carcinoma which required me to take strong cancer meds that made me quite ill and made my hair fall out. If she would have caught it years ago I would not have had to take the cancer meds.
Dr. Leib is one of few physicians I completely trust. She is smart, kind, and caring. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.
I have seen Dr Lieb in her previous office and I think she is wonderful…but in her new office the front desk staff is awful. First appt there I showed up to their office and there was no doctor. The office staff scheduled me for a day when no doctor was in. I reluctantly made another appt and even called to confirm. This time when I showed up they had a problem with my insurance, which they did not check before hand, and suggested I reschedule again. There was no problem with my insurance just the office staff.
