Worst experience ever with a medical office. My family member was running a bit late . They called several times before the appointment time. The receptionist left them on hold most of the time they called. When they arrive to office excuses were given and even though they had no patient at that time Doctor and Nurse refused to see my relatives. Very rude and lack of professionalism.
This is my doctor/nurse practitioner for four years. Surprised to see a 3/5 rating. I've always felt comfortable with this doctor and trusted her advice. The office is clean and they seem organized. I will continue using this office and doctor in the future.
