Went here for several years, staff was always overwhelmed, disorganized & unprofessional. On my last visit I pushed back at this poor treatment only & asked for dignity, only to have Dr Craig yell at me & 'fire' me as a patient for 'abusing her staff'... some serious medical gaslighting here!!
Rude unprofessional and incompetent office staff make it a challenge to get care here. I’ve endured a lot of abuse to get a surgery scheduled and Ruby can’t get it approved because she didn’t send in the complete paperwork requested. Shame
Excellent Doctor that explains every procedure Very compassionate
Dr. Craig provided very thorough and caring attention at my first office visit. She explained my options clearly. If felt I had her complete attention and that she was there for me. No rushing or sense of urgency. I was having a procedure which she covered in detail. She listened to my concerns and answered them. Couldn't have been better. I felt a nice, personal connection with her.
