I would never recommend Joby for anything. I have been with him for 3 years on a simple child custody case. And have YET to get a court date. I paid him in full in one month after meeting him for the first time. He is a nice guy, but not motivated AT ALL.
would not recommend. Hes a nice guy but slow to get anything done. I have had an auto accident case with him for almost a year now and still havent got a settlement.
