To make first contact, set up all my interviews for a company and then ghost me when I ask for an update AFTER declaring you don't ghost clients is a wild business tactic. I forgot to add that my recruiter was asking me if I would take a lower salary from the company I was interviewing with, even though I was well in range of the salary range. I had someone by the name of "Bobbi Kim" reach out to me. He immediately starting questioning my entire career, which has been quite successful. I asked him point blank why he was calling me? He then spent another two days trying to play nice- and scheduled an interview with a defense worker's comp firm which is not really my wheelhouse. The interview went fine, but I believe he was working as a double agent because the person who interviewed me 'had a cold' and was not on camera. That seemed very odd to me.
