Had to wait over 40 minutes for a vaccine appointment. Poorly organised
Once again , I got Shafted by this Organisation . CAT 1 Rail Medical . Lost or Incomplete reports . IMPOSSIBLE to Actually TALK TO A DOCTOR ! Ring up Switchboard IN ADELAIDE . Will NEVER be going back , NOR will be recommending them to ANYONE !! 0/5 ! Only giving 1 star on Google , because I can't VENT MY FRUSTRATION without doing that. But it's Actually 0/5 !
If I could give it zero stars I would. I had my medical 2 weeks ago and the company I am trying to work with are still waiting for the report. The lady doing my medical was late. Staff there are not friendly.

I attended this clinic for a pre-employment medical and had a great experience. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and I was seen straight away. Nurse Andrew was especially great — he explained everything clearly and made the process really straightforward. The whole appointment was fast and efficient, and I received my report within 24 hours. Thanks team!
