I visited Jobfit Dandenong South on 30/01/2026 at 09:50 AM for a medical assessment. I had an incredibly negative experience with the young female nurse who conducted my test. She was extremely rude, impatient, and started shouting at me because I struggled to understand some instructions in English. English is my third language, and I expect a healthcare professional to show basic patience and empathy. Instead, she chose to be aggressive and disrespectful. Had to wait over 40 minutes for a vaccine appointment. Poorly organised
Once again , I got Shafted by this Organisation . CAT 1 Rail Medical . Lost or Incomplete reports . IMPOSSIBLE to Actually TALK TO A DOCTOR ! Ring up Switchboard IN ADELAIDE . Will NEVER be going back , NOR will be recommending them to ANYONE !! 0/5 ! Only giving 1 star on Google , because I can't VENT MY FRUSTRATION without doing that. But it's Actually 0/5 !
If I could give it zero stars I would. I had my medical 2 weeks ago and the company I am trying to work with are still waiting for the report. The lady doing my medical was late. Staff there are not friendly.
