Great doctor and staff - many thanks - but facility is really poor. The entrance offered no disability access for my stroller, and smelled of open sewage upon entry. We had to walk outside to go get the kids water due to no water dispenser.
I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m., but when I arrived I had to wait for more than 30 minutes. During this time, no staff member came to check on me or ask about my appointment, even though there were around six people waiting. We could clearly hear two staff members, a male and a female, talking loudly, but they did not bother to assist any customers. In total, I waited more than an hour past my appointment time. Done My medical check up here Nurse and doctor were very kind, and the whole process was super easy. Especially my brother Moey Nasr been very nice with my kids Place was clean.
I attend blood test with marg. She is very professional and friendly. I’m very sensitive with needle but she did it very well.
