After using this company I’m surprised they have so many five star reviews. We were moving from one house to another, about a 1 minute drive down the road and they broke two of our nice pieces. One piece was a marble table that had already survived one move and is not replaceable. It cost about $1,500, 10 years ago. Lisa did not care about the damaged piece and half heartedly offered me $100 for it. However, she never followed up and I never received any payment. I've moved maybe 20 times, around the US and to 8 countries over the past 60 years. Job4movers is the best experience from start to finish I've ever had with a moving company. Quick easy quote, documents and terms clear. Senores Jorge, Alfonso and Enrique were super professional, quick, experienced and careful. The end price was below the quote, a first for me. Recommended without hesitation!
*** While there are many positive reviews for this company, I did not have the best experience with them. However, I will start with the PROS: The people whom I interacted with at the office & the movers themselves were very nice/friendly. Their hourly rate seemed fair too. One of the big issues I had was Not knowing up front that I would STILL be paying for my move AFTER they were done moving me in. I was still billed for them to drive back to their office at the end. 100% flawless move. The estimate was spot on, and while I expected it to take longer (3 pick up locations and 1 unload, all in different cities), they made quick, efficient, and ultra careful work of it all. The crew (Juan, Luis, Rigo) was extremely intuitive and expert, and took on whatever complexities (disassemble and reassemble a sauna, just one example) were presented without breaking a sweat.
