Job Specialists placed an ad on craigslist for a position in the Orlando area. Only contact was a phone number which I called and was promptly placed on hold for over 2 minutes. I called back and after requesting an email address several times, I was told by the coman who answered the phone, that I was "too rude" and she would not give it to me. She then hung up. Not a good company to business with based on the customer service of it's employees.
