Owner is unbelievably egotistical. I have been a customer for 20+ years. Purchased a pool recently. Gave a review that was about their bad service (although the same review complementing their knowledge of water chemicals). Long story short, the owner refused to test my pool water, kicked me out of the store and told me never to come back. Her father and mother who founded the place are rolling over in their graves at what she does to long time customers. Avoid this place.
