I have been a patient of Dr. Jacob for over 20 years. During this time he was my Physician in Hope as well as Conway, AR. I have used his as a Gastroenterologist and for Internal Medicine. Over the years I found him to be kind, compassionate and willing to listen. He is thorough in his exam, diagnosis and treatment of various conditions and disease processes. I have known Dr Jacob for over 20 years. I worked in the same medical community with him over ten years ago. He also treated me for a medical problem previously and again while he has been practicing in Texarkana. I was always pleased with the care that he rendered my patients as a consultant and I have been very pleased with the care that he has provided to me personally.
Dr Jacob has performed EGD and colonoscopy on myself and my wife. He was very thorough explaining results. Procedures went smoothly. I recommend him highly.
