Unprofessional and untrustworthy.
I showed up to advocate one day due to a really bad diverticulitis flareup. Dr. Estrada made the right decision to do emergency surgery. I could tell he cared and was compassionate given my situation. I was in a tremendous amount of pain. He was reassuring during the process. When I had to get a second surgery it was also performed with the utmost success and professionalism.
