Very happy with my first experience with Perfection Plus. Booking was quick and easy. The shop was clean and welcoming. Hannah, my stylist for the day, was friendly, kind and efficient. She is very talented and made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Very happy with the service received for wash, cut, blow dry and styling.
Had my hair done by Hannah she was super thorough. Took the time to explain what my outcome would be. She did exactly what I was looking for I couldn’t be happier!
Love my summer colour! Joan and Hannah do a great job keeping me looking my best! Love the shop!
I recently visited Perfection Plus for the first time and had a very disappointing experience. I had an appointment at 9 AM and was the first customer of the day. However, the comb used to cut my hair was full of someone else's hair, which was quite unhygienic and unprofessional. At the very least, they could have cleaned and prepared their tools for a new day. The staff was not friendly at all. When I explained the type of haircut I wanted, the stylist dismissed my request for side bangs, citing that my hair was too thick. ... read more
