Today, I pulled my medical records to find a new neurologist and stop coming to this practice. I love Dr. Kim. I've seen her for 15 years. When she brought in her PA, I saw her a few times. She saw me through surgery that changed my quality of life. My review is not regarding Dr. Kim. Instead, it is about her front desk staff. I have been waiting almost a month and a half on my appointment. I had all the paperwork printed and filled out. Get to the window and I get “you’re not on the schedule”. They find a piece of paper in a pile that one slips to the other. I can tell it’s a total lack of effort on the staff. They tell me they’ll have to ask the doctor.
