Beth Israel Lahey is not about the patients.I just spoke with Charlene the manager to explain I can’t come to annual physical this Sept with Dr Sylvia because I am having 3rd and largest cancer surgery Monday. It’s like pulling teeth to get help from Dr. Silvia. Every time I have some sort of ailment I’m referred to another doctor (which can take months in itself to get). I’ve called crying and have begged her for some sort of help on multiple occasions. I’ve always seen Beth Israel doctors and specialists and changed over to her because she was closer to me than my last primary care doctor. This doctor abandons her patients. I had a scheduled appointment with her on 3/5/24 at her Lakeville office (69 Main St.) and when I arrived for the appointment the office was deserted with a "For Rent" sign on the door. I called my insurance company and the Mass Board of Registration in Medicine, but NO ONE COULD FIND HER. What kind of doctor abandons her patients? Not a good one
Horrific. Clueless, rude and completely and utterly incompetent. How is this practice viable?
