Where do I start?!? I feel like my family and I moved into our brand new home in record time. I initially reached out to Joanne with questions regarding getting pre-approved. Our landlord was selling her rental we were living in, and seeing the cost of rentals in San Diego, it didn't make sense to continue renting if we could own our own home. Joan answer all our questions she took the time to explain more than ones the things we didn’t understand she make us feel like she knew us, very professional and with out judgment she helped us with the process of buying our first home she has a great understanding and great heart definitely we will let our friends and family how great and knowledgeable she is

Joanne made the financial part of home buying very easy and understandable. She was always available to answer our many questions—day or night. No matter how small the detail, she took the time to explain everything clearly. She was fast to respond and draw out all the financial numbers for different scenarios.
