I recently enquired about a listed property with this agency to arrange an inspection time to which the sales associate advised they would check with the vendor and get back to me. The agent never provided any further contact. I followed up with them on the day of the requested inspection in hope they had just forgotten to get back to me initially, yey again no response was provided. Extremely disappointing customer service from an agency.
Dealing with Aryon was an absolute pleasure. He was extremely attentive and went out of his way on a number of occasions to be of assistance. He was responsive, helpful and a brilliant agent all-round. Highly recommend!
