I had a bad experience; I went to three appointments for the same problem, but she couldn't help me. The doctor lacks professional ethics. I finally found another professional who identified the problem.
Professionalism/authenticity/perfection/a very thorough exam! Left to another practice for the past 10 years to a closer and a more convenience place. So glad to be back. Can't wait to get my new more modern Eye glasses 100% satisfied!
They took all my info over the phone. Names, DOB, social security number and insurance info. When I get there "Sorry we don't take your insurance" WHAT!?!
Please go elsewhere for accuracy with your eyesight. Dr Ramirez misdiagnosed me twice the strength and went according to my age instead. The place is also outdated along with her equipment and in unkept and unsanitary.
