Great artist. Subpar customer service in person. She was not good at drawing out smiles and even suppressed them through critical, insensitive, and unnecessary comments about my body during pregnancy. I had to dig up my own inner light to show joy in my photos which turned out print worthy. I'm not sure where the photographer previously described as friendly and jovial was for my session. Frankly, it left enough of an impact that I wouldn't use her again.
