I highly recommend using JoAnne Guderian for all your real estate needs. We had never purchased vacant land before. She walked us through the process and answered all of our questions and concerns. If she didn’t have the answers she searched them out until she did. I can say she was on top of it all and always prompt to get back to us! If we are ever in the market again we will be giving her a call!
