Does not validate concerns. Very dismissive, and ill prepared to treat senior citizens. So glad others had good experiences but this one was not great for us.

Dr Dale and her staff were exceptional. They were prompt, professional, and polite. Dr Dale explained what the issues were, what the options were, and what the next steps were. She listened patiently and answered all the questions I had. I was extremely anxious about the procedure I needed because a previous one with another provider had not been a good experience. But Dr Dale was very very good and it was a much better experience that left me confident she and her team are exceptional at what they do. Much appreciated.
