Dr. Chan should not be allowed to practice medicine. She misdiagnosed my husband and let him suffer from the resulting depression for over two years. He is fine now with a new doctor but if we could give a rating lower than zero, we surely would.

Had a tele health appt booked with Dr. Chen, she never bothered to show up for it. Can't give 0 stars, sure would like to.
Dr. Chan is an outstanding physician - my experience of her is that she is warm, engaged, a great communicator, and provides excellent care.
