I had an appointment with her, (new patient), and out of no where I’ve gotten a text saying my appointment was canceled. I’ve never gotten an explanation, a call or nothing. So I called to reschedule my canceled appointment (which was canceled by them not me), they gave me a later date, in a later month. Now, how is that fair to me? When I told them I didn’t want a later date the lady on a phone caught an attitude with me. I didn’t even make it in the door yet and I already see how they handle their patients. UNACCEPTABLE
