I specifically sought out Dr. Paolilli for perimenopausal care and liked her so much that I recommended her to several women. Unfortunately, I will not be returning because of my experience with the staff. Turned off completely. Stopped into the office to get an appointment only to be told that her scheduler would notify me within 10 days.Never happened! Accordingly I called on Monday to see if Icould get an appointment. I got the impression that this Dr. is too busy and that appointments were given predicated on how long the visit might be! I rarely leave Google reviews, but I want to express my deep appreciation for Dr. Paolilli and the office staff and nurses. I’ve been her patient for over 5 years, and she is truly the kindest, most patient doctor I’ve met. She always takes time to address my concerns—even those driven by health anxiety—with compassion and understanding. Dr Paolilli is the kindest most competent GYN I have ever encountered. I was recommended to her to have my hysterectomy done six years ago, It was the best recommendation of my life. I will never go to another GYN.
