Turned off completely. Stopped into the office to get an appointment only to be told that her scheduler would notify me within 10 days.Never happened! Accordingly I called on Monday to see if Icould get an appointment. I got the impression that this Dr. is too busy and that appointments were given predicated on how long the visit might be! I rarely leave Google reviews, but I want to express my deep appreciation for Dr. Paolilli and the office staff and nurses. I’ve been her patient for over 5 years, and she is truly the kindest, most patient doctor I’ve met. She always takes time to address my concerns—even those driven by health anxiety—with compassion and understanding. I recently had a procedure done, and both Dr. Paolilli and her nursing staff were incredibly supportive, gentle, and attentive. Dr Paolilli is the kindest most competent GYN I have ever encountered. I was recommended to her to have my hysterectomy done six years ago, It was the best recommendation of my life. I will never go to another GYN.
Had a great experience with Dr. JoAnna Paololli. Found her to be very nice and professional. She answered any questions or concerns I had, and I didn't feel rushed at all. It's unfortunate that some of the bad reviews of the office staff are affecting Dr. Paolilli's rating. I would definitely recommend her.
The receptionist was not helpful at all when I called for inquiry.
