I would NOT recommend taking a CPR class from JoAnna. Yesterday, I called her to schedule my class and everything was fine. Today, I sent a text asking how long the class will be and she responds 'All of the info is online, I can't keep responding, if you want to come then come. I don't have to accommodate you so please don't rush me or put ???'. I was having a family emergency and needed to know. The way I was treated was disrespectful and unprofessional. DO NOT USE HER!!!!! JoAnna is terrible! She didn't even have any CPR cards at the end of my so called training and now she won't refund my money. Very unprofessional .
