Dr. Jen was personable, professional and knowledgeable. And her staff was really pleasant and friendly.
Dr. Jen is absolutely amazing. I have seen her twice and each time I leave her office I feel totally uplifted and hopeful. I was very lucky that my Cardiologist, Dr. Nicholas DuBois put in a request for me to see Dr. Joanna Jen. I was mis-diagnosed with MDDS, which Dr. Jen told me was actually BPPV. Bilateral Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. She told me it normally goes away in 3-4 physical therapy sessions and referred me to an Excellent physical therapist. I am very pleased with her and her staff. Could not have been nicer. She is on time and spent time with my wife and me to discuss the problem. Seems very knowledgeable and kind.
She listened carefully, had gathered a detailed description of my problems, and was able to find the solution to movement issues plaguing me for over 20 years and sent me for specific PT therapy After 2 sessions, I no longer had movement problems. .It was amazing
