I have been seeing her for many years and she is very perfectionist.
I had a wonderful experience getting highlights and haircut with Joanna. Joanna is so cheerful, helped me understand the process, and the technique and understood the inspiration i wanted. She is such a pleasant person to talk to. She explained the after care process and took great care of me for the hours i was sitting in the salon. She understands the color tones really well. Terrible customer service, impatient with children. Choppy haircuts- basic men, children & simply womens styling they cant even do. rush, do not take your toddler here. Tall lady is horrible for a person with adult children is so insensitive.
Love the care I’m receiving at Joanne’s hair design. My colours are super vibrant. My hair is healthy and shiny no matter my difficult requests. Over 20 years with Joanne and she always provide quality services. Would only travel to get my hair done at Joanne’s hair design since I’ve recently moved a couple of hours away. The hair salon that I’d love to bring my family and friends🥰🤩
I've been to other hair salons in Mississauga, but Joanna is the best. Harry is also a great barber for men's haircuts.
