Lawyer asked me to come in from PA after phone consult explaining scope of work involving a NY condo. I got there after a 2 hour commute and was told that no, she couldn't help Obviously my case didn't fit the standard rubber stamping workflows that are lucrative and low effort for this office. It was too much of a bother for the attorney but she couldn't be bothered to have thought about it before wasting my time

I had the pleasure of working with Joanna and her team this summer and it was an incredible experience. Everyone at the office was very professional and easy to work with.
