I had an appointment with Dr Ramirez in March for PSA issues but her office rescheduled to May and then they rescheduled to August. Totally un acceptable and irresponsible.
I love Dr Johanna Ramirez, she make me feel really comfortable when I’m at her office,Dr. Ramirez takes her time to explain and answer all my questions, I highly recommend Dr. Ramirez
So unfortunate Dr. Ramirez cannot be bedside anymore as she extended herself to additional roles, which good for her for growth and success! Howeve, the office staff have lacked communication and patient respect in canceling patients without their notice and then not being honest about it. Unfortunate. I really loved coming here. Time to find a new pcp. Wish me luck. Hard to find Dr's like Dr Ramirez these days.
Unable to make appointment everywhere it says accepting new patients and when you call to make appointment they say they are not accepting new patients.
Since this doctor's review is 5.0 from 144 persons, want to select this doctor and book an appointment for internal medicine issue. But it is unexpected that the booking an appointment is so hard. A soft sound maybe from a robot said need to wait about 20 minutes. tried 4 times, it is about the same case. It also is very difficult from TGMG.ORG to book. Use another phone number on list, the person said she could book an appointment. So, why so hard for booking an appointment?
