Dr Joanna Edwards and her staff at Caya are great..very thorough and caring. Plus their follow up in the portal is awesome.
I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of empathy shown by Dr. Edwards during a very vulnerable time in my life. After a recent breast cancer diagnosis, I sought ADA accommodations to work remotely for a short period. Rather than being met with understanding or even a basic acknowledgment of my diagnosis, Dr. Edwards dismissed my request, stating I didn’t appear “incapacitated enough” to avoid commuting to the office.
