Joanna’s cleaning service is the best. I have tried at least three other Chicago-based housekeeping businesses and Joanna is by far the most thorough and reliable. Our place is left sparkling and smelling good after each appointment. She’s great with our dog too!
As my sister would say, she must have a good roster already bc she apparently doesn't need any more clients. Her site specifically states that she provides weekly cleanings but when you reach out to her she repeatedly says "I'm booked for next two months, sorry can't help with your request." So this time I informed her I was WELL aware of her availability and asked to schedule weekly cleanings for the next several months starting with her first availability. Here was her response........ I have tried a couple of cleaning services based upon reviews. The service did not reflect their high star rating. After research I found the reviews were fake. I leave 5 star review for Joanna cleaning lady because she does not post fake 5 star reviews. Thank you for being honest.
Joanna just finished cleaning my apartment for the first time and was absolutely wonderful! She arrived early, was extremely friendly and professional, and left my place looking great! I plan to have her come monthly. Thanks, Joanna!
