Joanna is a knowledgeable and compassionate psychologist who uses many different methods and techniques to help clients with their issues. She is empathetic but still tells you the truth you need to hear in a professional and kind manner. I would say it’s tough love, but it’s more than that, it’s pointing out patterns you do not see and then giving you the tools to help yourself. She also understands and helps with grief of losing an animal companion. Welcoming of all LGBTQ2 humans. Wish I could give more stars
