I love my Doctor and he is the only reason I am staying. Give him a raise! I originally gave a bad review because of the way they had their phone and appointment system set up. But now it seem the have gotten it together and I am so appreciative! The text updates are great and check in and paying co pay with Apple Pay made it so convenient for me! Thank you thank you for leveling up!
If you looking for a doctor who helps you monitor your Healthcare this is not the place. Impossible communication. I've been working on getting my insurance changed over, new referrals for physical therapy and orthopedic surgeon and medication refills for over a month. Got the referrals after 25 days still waiting on my cholesterol and allergy medications.
I love my Doctor and he is the only reason I am staying. Give him a raise. The staff on the other hand refuses to pick up the phone and hardly texts back when you text. They lied to my fave and said they called me for a co pay when they didn’t and I texted them the proof then they rushed everything. So I had to wait 45 mins , almost an hour past my appointment while I’m sick no because the doctor was running behind with another patient like they said- lairs! This clinic does not answer thier calls. As I was driving to the clinic I had the clinic on the line trying to get a hold with them. One of the ladies from the desk answerd and put me on hold. Fifteen minutes later they hung up. As they ended the call, I arrived at the clinic. All the ladies were laughing and talking amongs themselvs. It is frusterating to see lazy workers. It's a good place so far, IF you can get ahold of someone..... UPDATE!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! I was involved in a car accident from a seizure over the weekend, they are closed. I called right now to try to make an appointment, they won't. All I was hoping for is a note to get a few extra days off from work to be able to recover. NOPE! Like seriously????
