This clinic does not answer thier calls. As I was driving to the clinic I had the clinic on the line trying to get a hold with them. One of the ladies from the desk answerd and put me on hold. Fifteen minutes later they hung up. As they ended the call, I arrived at the clinic. All the ladies were laughing and talking amongs themselvs. It is frusterating to see lazy workers. It's a good place so far, IF you can get ahold of someone..... UPDATE!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! I was involved in a car accident from a seizure over the weekend, they are closed. I called right now to try to make an appointment, they won't. All I was hoping for is a note to get a few extra days off from work to be able to recover. NOPE! Like seriously???? For anyone considering this clinic for primary care, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This medical clinic has been a terrible experience—staff are consistently rude, unprofessional, and show no empathy. Calls go unanswered, and it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone. As for Dr. Ayala, she appears more focused on running a business than genuinely caring for her patients.
Poor service overall. Lack of communication, lack of empathy. Dr. Ayala is never available. Last appointment I waited 1 hour and never got seen by doctor. Very frustrating experience, I do not recommend this place, Doctors and staff are very unprofessional. Already looking to move to another provider!
