Jo Ann is amazing (and patient)! It took us almost a year to find a house and for part of our search we were overseas so there was an extra layer of complexity, but Jo Ann could not have been easier to work with and accommodating. She is very knowledgeable about the market in Greenwich and we were grateful for all of her advice. We found a great house in a not-so-great market all thanks to Jo Ann! We would highly recommend her!

She's extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market, very patient (I looked at many properties before I bought one), a great listener, excellent at keeping in touch, explaining the bid process, and scoping out potential properties, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. JoAnn understood that I didn't want to pay too much in a very competitive market. She worked with me for nearly two years until I finally found the right property in the desired location. JoAnn is patient, kind, well-networked, and very knowledgeable. And on several occasions she demonstrated that she was looking out for my best interests rather than rush to get a deal done.
