I am a 30 + year divorce and child custody attorney, and I regularly reach out to Dr. Ng for her insights as a psychiatrist on mental health issues that arise in the particpants in some of the cases that I handle. I have found her insights to be at times compelling. I believe that Dr. Ing is an expert in her field of psychiatry. She is also compassionate and very staight forward in her work. I do not hesitate in recommending her.

Please save your time and money and stay away!! Yesterday, on 6/16/22, Dr. Ng literally said “sorry I don’t know how to help you” when I asked for help with social anxiety. She and her assistant “Crystal” never return phone calls, so don’t bother. After my second appointment, my pharmacy said the new meds she prescribed would not be ready till about a month later, and I of course left multiple voice mails asking the doctor to fix this issue, but, no one ever called back. Dr. Ng is compassionate and professional. I felt heard, safe and comfortable with her.
She treated my adult friend and she was very compassionate and very judicious in the use of medications. She always listened carefully to the feedback given by the patient, the family.
