Joann was incredibly helpful in the sale of my house. She was my agent when I bought a house a few years ago so I've experienced her customer service from both sides. She always has her client at the forefront of her mind, advocating for what her client wants. She also does a great job at communicating during the process to make sure you know the status of where things are in the process and any next steps. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

If I could give her one star I would. Absolutely atrocious and deceptive person who failed to submit several offers I made on properties I viewed with her and would mislead me to believe she had in fact submitted the offers on my behalf. It seemed like she tried to "steer" me to certain properties which for some reason or other provided herself with greater profit as opposed to helping me obtain the properties I had interested in.
