Both my wife and I have been under Dr. Falkenburg's care for about four years. She is very accessible on short notice for "video visits", which, in our case have involved care for Covid-19 and other acute illness, medication changes, and travel medicine consultations. I had a video appointment with her yesterday. Dr. Falkenburg was thorough, kind, empathetic and helpful.
Probably the best virtual appointment I have ever had. She listened and was a forward thinker I need surgery so she referred me to 2 different surgeons but suggested before I meet I have the MRI BEFORE I meet and they never do that.
