My wife is a cosplayer and has been shopping at this Joann location for over 13 years. All of her projects' materials have stemmed from this store, and Joann has always been there for what she needed to get the job done. Every shopping experience was a positive one, from the friendly and helpful staff to the plentiful options available. They even serviced her first sewing machine. This is a major loss to all of the creative creatures out there. You will be sorely missed, Joann.
