The hygienist was extremely rude and degrading to my son. Yes he had cavity and decay. He also has a genetic disorder which causes it. The way she spoke to him was degrading. Dr Hollen upheld the behavior of her hygienist, which was anything less than professional, when I spoke with her. His adult sister took him in for the appointment, as she had, had an appointment earlier and wasn’t unsatisfied with the other hygienist or Dr Hollen. I had 2 crowns done in 2014 which promptly fell off within a month or so. They then glued the one back on too high and had to grind it to the point of ruining it. Fast forward to today. Both of those teeth have infections in them and need root canals. I was told my bite had been to heavy on these teeth which may have contributed to the problem. (some coincidence!!)
