I was very understanding of rescheduling the original appointment since some of their staff were involved in a minor car accident. Two people were to clean but only one showed up on date re-scheduled. I even asked when the one person got there if someone else was coming. And he confirmed another person would be there shortly but no one else showed up to clean. Several things were not done well: blinds, carpet, and stove.
