Had our first deep cleaning with Joanie and we are absolutely floored. We had a different cleaning service for over 7 years and decided we needed a change. The amount of dust and grim that Joanie and her team pulled out of our walls, cabinets and appliances is INSANE. It looked like our house was never cleaned until she got here. I have consistently used Joanie's Cleaning Service since February 2021, so over 4 years now. I have a busy household with kids, pets, and also do a decent amount of hosting. We have always been very satisfied with our services, and they have often gone above and beyond what I would expect from a routine cleaning! My life is a capital M Mess. I cant really find the time to do most of the cleaning that I need done and frankly most cleaning services you dont really get what you pay for. A friend recommended Joanies cleaning service and ill be honest i was skeptical but it really worked out!
I barely write any reviews, but in this case I couldn’t keep my mouth shut.. Very disappointed with the “services” provided. Was google searching for just a basic cleaning of my house and this company popped up as very high rated with bunch of good reviews. I’m not sure if those folks just got lucky, but I’d never call them again neither recommend to anybody. This is the first time I encounter such unprofessionalism people. Save your time and money do not contact this company! Cleaning and cleanliness is not their job.
