Our family and close friends hired Joani for a professionally led intervention that we spent weeks preparing for. Unfortunately, the experience was disorganized and fell far short of what was promised. Despite agreeing on a clear structure and plan with roughly 20 loved ones involved, Joani went against those wishes during the actual intervention.
