I have worked with Joanee on several occasions. She did a complete remodel of my kitchen in my former home during the pandemic in the summer of 2020. My 1981-built kitchen went from hideous to magazine-worthy! The process only took a little over a month, which was ideal, because my two teenage sons and I lived in the home through the renovation. Joanee and her team were professional and delightful to work with on designing our primary bathroom. She was always available by phone/ text and was receptive to accompany me to stores to see faucets, countertops, wallpaper, etc. It is impressive how much she cares to make her clients happy with the countless decisions that are required! We had Joanne design and build our kitchen about a year ago. We hit some bumps in the road during install such as we asked for glass uppers and she installed them without glass and told us to take the doors to a shop and get glass put in on our own dime and time. We were shocked considering we paid over 10k for the 16 cabinets and the space is small. Right after they were finished I noticed many dings and chips in the cabinets. I asked for these to be fixed.
