My wife and I really like Joan. She is empathetic, pragmatic and strikes the right balance between understanding the past and looking forward. I love the fact that she takes notes, remembers what we said and seems to truly care about us. Questions are pointed, we therefore hardly waste time and make constant progress. Our biggest challenge is communication. She has been helping to develop tools and we practice during our session which is tremendously helpful for us. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Joan is great, she helped us navigate through some very complex issues and we’re happy we found her and appreciate her calm and unbiased way of guiding us.
She’s great and unbiased. We felt comfortable talking to her. She will listen to both sides and just come with a way to go about things instead of choosing sides. She has helped my relationship with my fiancé , our communication is much much better thanks to Joan.
