WONDERFUL STAFF & AGENT !! SAVED ME A TON OF $$
This agency is so knowledgeable, not only did they save me money on all of my insurance needs, but anytime I have a question they always have an answer, and not only that but it appears to me that they truly enjoy assisting me when I have a question. Both Joan and her staff are fantastic.
TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!! I was a State Farm Insurance customer for 9 years before being transferred to Michigan. I was transferred to Michigan last fall and contacted JOAN M WARNER STATE FARM INSURANCE for renters coverage. I did not need automobile coverage because my car was not scheduled to be shipped to Michigan for at least 60 days during my relocation. This agency employs the most capable hands and the most informed staff I have had the pleasure to know. Insurance and state law can be confusing and the claims process can be hard to understand as well. Joan's staff takes the time to go over your options and explain the process.
Not very good the staff and JOAN WARNER herself are very very rude when people get into accidents they taunt them and call them Liars the staff is very rude and she never disciplines them instead she says they have the right to be she hikes the prices and never tells you why please stay away beware of this place this place is being investigated she tries to act tough when there is nothing to be tough about other then tell the truth and you would have more customers
