I did not have a positive experience. Joan was not responsive to my emails or phone calls. When she did respond there was always an excuse about why she could not get back to me in a timely manner. She cried a lot. A lot! It took over a year to resolve my 2017 taxes. I would not recommend her services.
Best CPA around!! Been using Joan for a few years now and would highly recommend her. Fantastic service at a fair price.
