Our daughter flew in from DC and we drive from Dallas for her to come to this shop. We all left in tears for the way she was treated by Joan herself. The comments and treatment were very negative. I would not recommend anyone giving a penny to this lady. I hope she realizes what broken dreams she caused today. I also pray that she can rest her head on her pillow peacefully tonight.
