Absolutey ZERO advertising for top dollar! If you want your house to sit on the market unattended, hire her. Better to sell your own home than pay 6% to this antequated establishment.
I was looking at renting a property under their management, submitted an application, they ran the credit check (and I took the ding to my credit).....and then they rented to someone else and, worst of all, didn't tell me about it until I called them to confirm a move-in date. Seeing as I'm scrambling last-minute now to find a place to live, I would not do business with them in the future.
